At Taskly, our terms and conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of all users on our platform. These terms govern the use of our services, detailing how tasks are posted, accepted, and completed. By joining Taskly, you agree to adhere to these rules, which are designed to ensure a fair, safe, and transparent environment for everyone. We encourage you to read the terms carefully to understand your obligations and the standards we uphold to maintain the integrity of our community.

This software program belongs to Taskly L.L.C-FZ, a Limited Liability Company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Taskly,” “App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions set out the following:

By accessing and using Taskly, you (“you” or “your”) are taken to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

At Taskly, we are dedicated to connecting “Posters” with a network of “Taskers” (Taskly Services). Our user-friendly App enables Taskers and Posters seamless access to each other to book and pay for various services with various Taskers (Tasker Services).
Our modern, secure App allows us to link Posters with personalized Taskers, with Tasker support no matter where they are in the UAE.
You acknowledge that Taskly undertakes the Taskly Services only and all Tasker Services are provided by independent third parties who are not employed or vetted by Taskly.
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. How do I register?
Taskly can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (Application Store). Taskly may be accessed by a web browser at www.taskly.app (Website), although Website functionality may be limited.
To use certain features on Taskly, you will be required to create a customer account (Customer Account) and log in. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the Customer Account registration process and throughout your use of Taskly.
Taskly does not permit users under the age of 18 to use Taskly. By using Taskly, you represent that you are over the age of 18.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Customer Account and password. You may not share your Customer Account with others, and you agree not to sell or transfer your Customer Account to another party. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Customer Account, including any unauthorized access as a result of your failure to keep your details secure.
If you are using Taskly on behalf of a business, you represent to us that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms and Conditions, and you accept these Terms and Conditions as an authorized person on behalf of that business.
2. Poster Obligations
Posters are individuals that use the App to post tasks and/or services the Poster requires to be completed by a Tasker.
Posters must:
- Comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times.
- Not use Taskly for any illegal or unethical purposes.
- Detail tasks and/or services required accurately on Taskly.
- Include a price on their post for tasks and/or services, inclusive of VAT (Task Price).
- Use their own judgment and verification methods to ensure Taskers are suitable and/or qualified (where necessary) to perform the tasks and/or services they have requested (for example, obtaining references, licenses, certifications, or proof of insurance).
You agree that all information you post, publish, send, or disclose on Taskly must not be:
- False, inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive.
- Defamatory, libelous, threatening, or harassing.
- Obscene or contain any material that, in Taskly’s sole and absolute discretion, is in any way inappropriate or unlawful, including but not limited to obscene, inappropriate, or unlawful images or fraudulent content.
- An infringement of any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, confidentiality, or privacy.
- In violation of any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including but not limited to those governing export and import control, consumer protection, unfair competition, criminal law, anti-discrimination, and trade practices).
- Of a nature that contains any malicious code, data, or set of instructions that intentionally or unintentionally causes harm or subverts the intended function of any Taskly website or App, including but not limited to viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs, or other computer programming routines that may damage, modify, delete, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, access without authority, or take over any system, data, or user information.
3. Tasker Obligations
Taskers use the App to find tasks and/or services to complete for Posters.
Taskers must:
- Comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times.
- Not use Taskly for any illegal or unethical purposes.
- Only undertake tasks and/or services that are suitable to the Tasker’s levels of experience, ability, qualifications (where required), and capacity, including having a license or other necessary skill (as applicable) to perform the relevant tasks and/or services.
- Have the right to work in the jurisdiction where the tasks and/or services are required.
- Comply with tax and regulatory obligations in relation to any payment received through Taskly.
- Hold their own insurances, which are suitable for the tasks and/or services that they will be completing for Posters.
- Perform the tasks and/or services as reasonably required by the Poster (as posted) using an acceptable level of care and skill.
- Take reasonable steps to avoid causing loss or damage when undertaking tasks and/or services.
You agree that all information you post, publish, send, or disclose on Taskly must not be:
- False, inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive.
- Defamatory, libelous, threatening, or harassing.
- Obscene or contain any material that, in Taskly’s sole and absolute discretion, is in any way inappropriate or unlawful, including but not limited to obscene, inappropriate, or unlawful images or fraudulent content.
- An infringement of any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, confidentiality, or privacy.
- In violation of any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including but not limited to those governing export and import control, consumer protection, unfair competition, criminal law, anti-discrimination, and trade practices).
- Of a nature that contains any malicious code, data, or set of instructions that intentionally or unintentionally causes harm or subverts the intended function of any Taskly website or App, including but not limited to viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs, or other computer programming routines that may damage, modify, delete, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, access without authority, or take over any system, data, or user information.
4. Fees
Taskly provides the Taskly Services in consideration for the Poster Fee and Tasker Fee.
- Posters will pay the Task Price, plus a service fee to Taskly, ranging from 2% to 5% of the Task Price specified on each task/service post on the App (Poster Fee).
- Taskers must pay a tasker fee to Taskly, ranging from 5% to 15% (depending on activity level as determined by Taskly, acting reasonably, with reference to the frequency of a Tasker’s usage of Taskly and the tasks and/or services completed by Taskers on a monthly basis) of the Task Price specified on each task/service post on the App (Tasker Fee).
Taskly may amend the amount of its Fees (including the Poster Fee and Tasker Fee) from time to time, and any changes will be updated on the Taskly App or website. All Fees are inclusive of VAT.
5. Payments
When the Tasker marks the job and/or service as complete in the Taskly App, and the Poster agrees to release the funds, the Tasker will receive payment equal to the Task Price minus the Tasker Fee (Tasker Payment).
The Tasker Payment will be paid to the Tasker’s bank account, as nominated upon registration.
If, for any reason, the Tasker Payment cannot be paid, transferred, or otherwise made out to the Tasker (or returned to the Poster, as the case may be), or no claim is otherwise made for the Tasker Payment, the Tasker Payment will remain with Taskly until payment can be made or otherwise for up to three months from the date the Poster initially paid the Task Price to Taskly (Payment Holding Period). Following the Payment Holding Period, and provided there is still no dispute in respect of the Tasker Payment, the Tasker Payment will be returned to the Poster.
All Payments are inclusive of VAT.
6. Credit Card Information
We do not store any credit card information that you provide. If payments are made via our website, they are securely managed by our third-party payment gateway vendor in compliance with relevant standards.
Taskly uses the Stripe platform to process its Fees and Payments. Please see the Stripe terms at https://stripe.com/legal/consumer.
7. Credits
In circumstances where Posters have chosen to cancel an open request for tasks and/or services, Posters can opt to have the Poster Fee and Task Price refunded to their Customer Account as Taskly Credits. Posters can submit a request to Taskly to redeem Taskly Credits as cash, which will be returned to their nominated bank account.
8. Identity Verification
Taskers and Posters are required to verify their identity within the Taskly App by using a third-party identity verification service. Any modifications or changes to the third-party identity verification service used will be updated on the Taskly App or website.
9. Disputes
Taskers and Posters are encouraged to communicate and negotiate any disagreements or disputes between themselves. Taskly is not responsible for any disputes, loss, or damage arising from any Poster request or Tasker completion of tasks and/or services.
Taskly may choose to provide support and offer recommended solutions to disputes on a case-by-case basis if required. Requests for dispute support can be emailed to support@taskly.app. Taskly’s recommended solutions are not binding and do not prevent either party to a dispute from obtaining legal advice or enforcing their legal rights.
10. Incentives
Taskly may, at its sole discretion, offer incentives to its Posters and Taskers from time to time. Any incentives will be detailed upon the launch of these incentives (if any).
11. Modifications and Cancellations
Posters can only modify or cancel an open request for tasks and/or services. If this occurs, Taskly will refund the Poster Fee and any Task Price paid to the Poster.
If a request has been accepted by a Tasker, the Poster can no longer modify the request (unless agreed between the Tasker and Poster).
Posters and Taskers can cancel their request or acceptance for tasks and/or services before the commencement of the tasks and/or services. If this occurs, the request becomes open again for a new Tasker to accept. In this instance, Taskly will retain the Poster Fee and refund the Task Price paid by the Poster.
Taskers and Posters may mutually agree to modify an agreed Task Price on the Taskly platform. However, all fees must be transferred between Taskly. Taskers and Posters are not permitted to solicit work or seek payment outside of Taskly.
Posters should allow up to 10 business days for refunds to show in their nominated bank account.
12. Consumer Protection
The Taskly Services are intended to comply with the UAE Consumer Protection Law. In the event of major failures with the Taskly Services, you are entitled to:
- Cancel your Customer Account with us.
- Receive a refund of any unused portion of the Fees you have paid or request a reduction of Fees paid that resolves the issue.
You may be entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from the major failure in the Taskly Services.
If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the Taskly Services rectified in a reasonable time frame. If we are unable to resolve the issues, you have the right to cancel your contract and may obtain a refund for the unused portion of our service.
Posters may also be entitled to request from a Tasker a resupply of the services or compensation for having the services supplied again.
13. Indemnity
Taskers and Posters agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taskly and their respective affiliates, agents, employees, directors, interest holders, officers, and suppliers from any claim, action, loss, damage, liability, injury, death, judgment, settlement, and other costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) arising out of or relating to:
- A breach of any obligation under these Terms and Conditions.
- The clicking on a link to other media or third-party website (including in any Tasker to Poster correspondence).
- The use of the Taskly website or App.
- The Taskly Services and any tasks and/or services requested using Taskly.
Such indemnity shall include any costs and expenses incurred by Taskly in any actions taken to enforce this indemnity.
14. Liability
You agree that Taskly accepts no liability for any aspect of the Poster and Tasker interaction, including but not limited to the description, performance, or delivery of any requested tasks and/or services. Taskly is not responsible for, and does not warrant the truth or accuracy of, any aspect of any information provided by Posters or Taskers, including but not limited to the ability of Taskers to undertake tasks or provide services, or the honesty or accuracy of any information provided by Posters or the Posters’ ability to pay for the tasks and/or services requested.
To the extent permitted by law, Taskly:
- Specifically disclaims all liability for any loss or damage (actual, special, direct, indirect, and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed (including, without limitation, loss or damage relating to any inaccuracy of information provided, or the lack of fitness for purpose of any goods or service supplied), arising out of or in any way connected with any transaction between Posters and Taskers, or any Third Party Service provider.
- Is not liable for any Consequential Loss arising out of or in any way connected with the Taskly Services.
- In relation to Taskly’s liability to any user of the Taskly Services, is limited to the total amount of payment made by that user to Taskly during the twelve-month period prior to any incident causing liability of Taskly, or AED 50, whichever is greater.
Taskly is provided on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or condition, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Applicable Law
You acknowledge that the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, govern your use of our website, App, and the Taskly Services.
TERMS OF USE
1. Intellectual Property Rights
Our website and App contain intellectual property (including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary information) owned by Taskly and third parties.
We and our third-party partners retain all rights, titles, and interests in our website and all related content. Nothing you do on or in relation to the website or App grants you any rights or transfers any ownership to you, including:
- The business name, trading name, domain name, trademark, industrial design, patent, registered design, or copyright.
- The right to use or exploit a business name, trading name, domain name, trademark, or industrial design.
- Any system or process that is the subject of a patent or copyright (including adaptations or modifications of such systems or processes), owned by Taskly or any third party.
2. General Information
When you visit our website or App, we may collect certain information including but not limited to browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyze how people use our site and make informed decisions to enhance our user experience and improve our service.
By using Taskly Services, no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or other similar relationship is created. You have no authority to bind Taskly, its related entities, or affiliates in any way whatsoever.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision may be severable and removed, with the remaining provisions enforceable.
The Taskly Services and these Terms and Conditions may be assigned or novated by Taskly to a third party without your consent. In the event of an assignment or novation, you will remain bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our website and App may contain links to other websites for your convenience. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply or constitute sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linked websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they click on a link and leave our website or App to read and review the privacy statements and terms of use of each linked website, as they may collect and handle personally identifiable information in a different manner. The Privacy Policy published on our website applies solely to information collected by and on this website and App.
4. Content and Service Descriptions
The content and service descriptions provided on our App are intended to be informative and helpful. We do not warrant or guarantee that any of such content available on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
We may change or update any content on our website or App at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or remove any content or service descriptions on our website or App at our discretion.
5. Reviews and Comments
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may post reviews and comments when visiting our website, App, or social media pages. However, we expect you to adhere to certain guidelines and standards when expressing your opinions or sharing your feedback.
If your reviews or comments contain defamatory, misleading, or false statements or are threatening, aggressive, contain obscenities, or are otherwise contrary to the relevant social media platform’s content or other rules and guidelines, we reserve the right to remove such reviews and comments and revoke your access to our website, App, and social media pages.
We also reserve the right to remove, edit, or modify any content that you post on our website, App, or social media. You acknowledge that any content posted by you on our website, App, or social media pages becomes our property. For this purpose, you are hereby granting us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, distribute, and display such content in any way we see fit, throughout the world and in any media.
You agree to indemnify us for all and/or any claims made against us resulting from your reviews or comments on our website, App, or social media pages.
You acknowledge that we are not the author of any reviews or comments on our website or social media pages by you or any third party. We shall not be responsible, and we do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

However, your access to and use of the website and App is at your own risk. You must take your own precautions to protect your computer systems against any viruses and other malicious code. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from viruses or other malicious code that may affect your systems.
8. Cyber Security
To protect yourself against potential fraud or unauthorized payment requests, you must take appropriate steps to ensure that any requests for payment purporting to be from Taskly are genuine, including by calling or emailing us to request confirmation.

10. How can I make a complaint?
If you wish to make a complaint related to the Taskly platform’s technical issues or App functionality, please submit details of your complaint to support@taskly.app.
We will investigate and respond as soon as possible after receiving written notice of your complaint.
If you wish to make a complaint regarding the services you have received from a Tasker, please contact the Tasker directly. Any complaints received by Taskly relating to a service provided will be forwarded to the appropriate Tasker for their attention and response.
If your complaint relates to any in-App payment, please note that Taskly is unable to assist. All such inquiries should be directed to your applicable App Store.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, and/or update any of these Terms and Conditions (including any Fees) from time to time and without prior notice to you. Where we make material changes, we will endeavor to send a notification to your Customer Account. Any changes made to the Terms and Conditions will also be published on our website and/or App. We recommend that you periodically review the Terms and Conditions on our website and/or App.

- use their own judgement and verification methods to ensure Taskers are suitable and/or qualified (where necessary) to perform the tasks and/or services they have requested (for example, obtaining references, licenses, certifications, or proof of insurance).
You agree that all information you post, publish, send or disclose on Taskly, must not be:
- false, inaccurate or misleading or deceptive;
- defamatory, libellous, threatening or harassing;
- obscene or contain any material that, in Taskly’s sole and absolute discretion, is in any way inappropriate or unlawful, including, but not limited to obscene, inappropriate or unlawful images fraudulent (or involve distributing counterfeit or stolen items);
- an infringement of any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, confidentiality or privacy;
- in violation of any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export and import control, consumer protection, unfair competition, criminal law, antidiscrimination and trade practices/fair trading laws);
- of a nature that contains any malicious code, data or set of instructions that intentionally or unintentionally causes harm or subverts the intended function of any Taskly website or App, including, but not limited to viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, modify, delete, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, access without authority or take over any system, data or user information.
Tasker Obligations
Taskers use the App to find tasks and/or services to complete for Posters.
Taskers must:
- comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times;
- not use Taskly for any illegal or unethical purposes;
- only undertake tasks and/or services that are suitable to the Taskers levels of experience, ability, qualifications (where required) and capacity, including having a licence or other necessary skill (as applicable) to perform the relevant tasks and/or services;
- have the right to work in the jurisdiction where the tasks and/or services are required;
- comply with tax and regulatory obligations in relation to any payment received through Taskly;
- hold their own insurances, which are suitable for the tasks and/or services that they will be completing for Posters;
- perform the tasks and/or services as reasonably required by the Poster (as posted) using an acceptable level of care and skill; and
- take reasonable steps to avoid causing loss or damage when undertaking tasks and/or services.
You agree that all information you post, publish, send or disclose on Taskly, must not be:

Fees
Taskly provides the Taskly Services in consideration for the Poster Fee and Tasker Fee.
Posters will pay the Task Price, plus a service fee to Taskly, being 2% to 5% of the Task Price specified on each task/service post on the App (Poster Fee).
Taskers must pay a tasker fee to Taskly, being from 5% to 15% (depending on activity level as determined by Taskly (acting reasonably) with reference to the frequency of a Tasker’s usage of Taskly and the tasks and/or services completed by Taskers on a monthly basis) of the Task Price specified on each task/service post on the App (Tasker Fee).
Taskly may amend the amount of its Fees (including the Poster Fee and Tasker Fee) from time to time and any changes will be updated on the Taskly App or website. All Fees are inclusive of GST.
Payments
When the Tasker marks the job and/or service as complete in the Taskly App, and the Poster agrees to release the funds, the Tasker will receive payment, equal to the Task Price minus the Tasker Fee (Tasker Payment).

Credit Card Information

Taskers and Posters are encouraged to communicate and negotiate any disagreements or disputes between themselves. Taskly is not responsible for any disputes, loss or damage arising from any Poster request or Tasker completion of tasks and/or services.
Taskly may choose to provide support and offer recommended solutions to disputes on a case by case basis, if required. Requests for dispute support can be emailed to support@taskly.app. Taskly’s recommended solutions are not binding and do not prevent either party to a dispute from obtaining legal advice or enforcing their legal rights.
Incentives
Taskly may, at its sole discretion, offer incentives to its Posters and Taskers from time to time. Any incentives will be detailed upon the launch of these incentives (if any).
Modifications and Cancellations
Posters can only modify or cancel an open request for tasks and/or services. If this occurs, Taskly will refund the Poster Fee and any Task Price paid to the Poster.
If a request has been accepted by a Tasker, the Poster can no longer modify the request (unless agreed between the Tasker and Poster).
Posters and Taskers can cancel their request or acceptance for tasks and/or services before the commencement of the tasks and/or services. If this occurs, the request becomes open again for a new Tasker to accept. In this instance, Taskly will retain the Poster Fee, and refund the Task Price paid by the Poster.
Taskers and Posters may mutually agree to modify an agreed Task Price on the Taskly platform. However, all fees must be transferred between Taskly. Taskers and Posters are not permitted to solicit work or seek payment outside of Taskly.
Posters should allow up to 10 business days for refunds to show in their nominated bank account.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees
The Taskly Services come with guarantees that cannot be restricted, modified or excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL). In the event of major failures with the Taskly Services, you are entitled to:
- cancel your Customer Account with us; and
- receive a refund of any unused portion of the Fees you have paid, or request a reduction of Fees paid that resolves the issue.
You may be entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from the major failure in the Taskly Services.
If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the Taskly Services rectified in a reasonable time frame. If we are unable to resolve the issues, you have the right to cancel your contract and may obtain a refund for the unused portion of our service.
Posters may also be entitled to request from a Tasker, a resupply of the services or compensation for having the services supplied again.
Indemnity
Taskers and Posters agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Taskly and their respective affiliates, agents, employees, directors, interest holders, officers and suppliers from any claim, action, loss, damage, liability, injury, death, judgment, settlement, and other costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) arising out of or relating to:
- a breach of any obligation under these Terms and Conditions;
- the clicking on a link to other media or third party web site (including in any Tasker to Poster correspondence);
- the use of the Taskly website or App; or
- the Taskly Services and any tasks and/or services requested using Taskly.
Such indemnity shall include any costs and expenses incurred by Taskly in any actions taken to enforce this indemnity.
Liability
You agree that Taskly accepts no liability for any aspect of the Poster and Tasker interaction, including but not limited to the description, performance or delivery of any requested tasks and/or services. Taskly is not responsible for, and does not warrant the truth or accuracy of any aspect of any information provided by Posters or Taskers, including, but not limited to, the ability of Taskers to undertake tasks or provide services, or the honesty or accuracy of any information provided by Posters or the Posters’ ability to pay for the tasks and/or services requested.
To the extent permitted by law, Taskly:
- specifically disclaims all liability for any loss or damage (actual, special, direct, indirect and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed (including, without limitation, loss or damage relating to any inaccuracy of information provided, or the lack of fitness for purpose of any goods or service supplied), arising out of or in any way connected with any transaction between Posters and Taskers, any Third Party Service provider;
- is not liable for any Consequential Loss arising out of or in any way connected with the Taskly Services; and
- in relation to Taskly’s liability to any user of the Taskly Services, is limited to the total amount of payment made by that user to Taskly during the twelve month period prior to any incident causing liability of Taskly, or AUD$50.00, whichever is greater.
Taskly is provided on an “as is” basis, and without any warranty or condition, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Applicable law
You acknowledge that the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, govern your use of our website, App and the Taskly Services.

Our website and App contain intellectual property (including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary information) owned by Taskly and third parties.

- any system or process that is the subject of a patent, or copyright (including adaptations or modifications of such systems or processes),
owned by Taskly or any third party.
General information
When you visit our website or App, we may collect certain information including but not limited to browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site and make informed decisions to enhance our user experience and improve our service.
By using Taskly Services, no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or other similar relationship is created. You have no authority to bind Taskly, its related entities or affiliates in any way whatsoever.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision may be severable and removed, with the remaining provisions enforceable.
The Taskly Services and these Terms and Conditions may be assigned or novated by Taskly to a third party without your consent. In the event of an assignment or novation you will remain bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Privacy Policy published on our website applies solely to information collected by and on this website and App.

How can I make a complaint?
If you wish to make a complaint related to the Taskly platform’s technical issues or App functionality, please submit details of your complaint to support@taskly.app.
We will investigate and respond as soon as possible after receiving written notice of your complaint.
If you wish to make a complaint regarding the services you have received from a Tasker, please contact the Tasker directly. Any complaints received by Taskly relating to a service provided will be forwarded to the appropriate Tasker for their attention and response.
If your complaint relates to any in App payment, please note that Taskly is unable to assist. All such enquiries should be directed to your applicable App Store.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, and/or update any of these Terms and Conditions (including any Fees) from time to time and without prior notice to you. Where we make material changes, we will endeavour to send a notification to your Customer Account. Any changes made to the Terms and Conditions will also be published on our website and/or App. We recommend that you periodically review the Terms and Conditions on our website and/or App.
